  2. Pro gear: ask about full‑frame and mirrorless with eye/face AF; expect a higher hit rate and more usable photos.
  3. Full gallery review: don’t rely on Instagram highlights—request a complete delivered wedding.
  4. Real references: speak with 1–2 past clients.
  5. Album/photobook: confirm how many images it includes and paper/binding options. Prints make memories real.
  6. Pre‑wedding meeting: plan routes, light, timeline and must‑shots so it all feels seamless on the day.
Pro tip: ensure the contract specifies coverage hours, delivery timelines, backups & usage rights. No surprises.
